Knebworth House Spring Wedding | Jessica & Sean
What a cracking day for a Knebworth House spring wedding! Jessica and Sean could not have picked a more perfect day. Every bride prays for decent weather for their wedding and with our climate it is always a finger crossed and hope for the best affair. The day started at Jessica’s home and I was soon joined by videographer John Turner. John is a colleague with whom I often work. Then off to Knebworth house and the new Oak Cobbold barn for the wedding ceremony and reception.

Sean and his party were just arriving as I reached Knebworth. We grabbed a few shots before heading into the barn itself. The new barn at Knebworth is proving very popular for weddings and has a nice light airy feel to it. After the wedding ceremony I hopped in the wedding car along with Jessica & Sean for the short ride to the front of Knebworth House. Here we did the classic shot showing the historic house in the background. This Knebworth House spring wedding day made for ideal conditions as we headed back into the formal gardens for more potraits. The formal and crowd photographs as well as many informal photographs too. Jessica’s father had everyone in fits with his speech – one of the best Father of the Bride speeches I have heard for sometime. Sean’s best man also had everyone laughing with his tales of their misspent youth.
Before we moved on to the first dance I invited Jessica & Sean outside again for a few evening photographs before the sun went down for the day. All in all a beautiful day at this Knebworth House spring wedding day. Jessica and Sean are honeymooning in the Maldives and I am sure they will have a wonderful time there with lots more sunshine – an idyllic place to spend a honeymoon!
