London Wedding Photography with Sound
London Wedding Photography is well within my reach as I live just north of the capital in Hertfordshire. Central London is a short drive for me or I can easily hop on a train and be in the west end within thirty minutes.
I have often admired the filmmaker’s skilled use of combining sound with images. Every wedding has moments within the ceremony or during the speeches that can be combined with imagery to add an extra dimension to a wedding presentation. This is my attempt at achieving that aim by taking some live sound recordings at a wedding and then combining them into a short slideshow. I have also used some beautiful music from Jimmy Galhaar.
The The Berkeley Hotel, Kensington was the starting point for this London Wedding. This is a stunning hotel for London Wedding Photography as are it’s sister hotels The Connaught and Claridges, both of which I have photographed weddings in.
The beautiful St Etheldreda’s Church in Ely Place, near Chancery Lane was the location for the service. I have photographed London Weddings at this historic Roman Catholic Church on several occassions. The choir at this church are fantastic and always sing from the balcony at the back of the church.
The wedding reception was held at The Westminster Boating Base with great views across the Thames.
